GROUP CROSSFIT

Our group classes are the “Meat and Potatoes” of our program. Each day the workout is different, meaning you will continuously be presented with new challenges and a fresh serving of motivation. The focus is on functionality of movement which is performed at an intensity that is relative to the individuals current capabilities. Yes, we all do the same workout of the day (WOD), but we are all different in many ways.

CROSSFIT KIDS

CrossFit Kids is a program specifically designed for the developmental needs of children from as young as 4 through to teens. Through games and workouts your children will develop agility, coordination, balance, speed, flexibility and strength.

MUMS & BUBS

This class is provided daily for Mums to train and bring their children along to a family friendly environment, and we provide free child care too!

OLYMPIC
WEIGHT LIFTING

Olympic Weight Lifting WOD, designed to get you lifting and improving strength and power, in relation to the sport of Olympic Lifting. Complete beginners are very welcome, Olympic Lifting is a fun and absorbing sport that will challenge you both physically and mentally. You’ll move better, become stronger and feel amazing!

YOGA AND PILATES

Offering a balancing blend of strength and flexibility training, our CrossFit Yoga and specialist Pilates training classes are suitable for all ages and abilities. This type of complimentary training improves posture, reduces stress, increases mobility and enhances your functional training at The Chamber.
